Are you part of an organization that works with young people?
Do you find these kids have trouble expressing their feelings?
Let me come teach them how to journal!
Journaling, to me, is a life skill worth teaching. It helps kids:
- Learn self-awareness
- Increase emotional intelligence
- Find their voice
- Develop their identity and sense of self so they can feel more confident in the world
- Discover their creativity and gifts
- And so much more!
I’ve taught journaling to foster youth, homeless youth and in a school setting and love watching and feeling the shift that happens when young people put their pens to the page.
My all time favorite thing a teenager said after one of my workshops…
“I feel like I can conquer the world!” – Young man at foster youth conference
These workshops are typically an hour and kids will receive handouts with journaling prompts as well as coaching and guidance from me.
To find out more about my journaling workshops or book a consultation with me to discuss the needs of your group, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I look forward to hearing from you!
